LOST: 9

Locke is trapped with Henry when the blast doors in the hatch suddenly come down for no apparent reason. Locke lets Henry out to try and help lift up the doors. While attempting to escape, Locke's legs are crushed underneath the doors and he must put his trust in Henry to push the button and go get help. When the alarm goes off, all the lights go out and black lights come on and Locke sees a map on the wall. It disappears when the lights come back on and the doors go up. Something fishy is going on with Henry.

Meanwhile, Jack and Kate discover a pallet of food on the island while Ana Lucia, Sayid & Charlie find Henry's balloon. But when they dig up the gravesite of his supposed wife, they find that Henry Gale has been lying to us the whole time. Sayid shows a drivers licence with Henry Gales' picture. It is not the man in the hatch!!

Next weeks episode looks to be just as good!!!!

I LOVE THIS SHOW!

So, Emily came home after school yesturday not feeling well. The puking started around 6:30. Thankfully she only did it once. But you know she is not feeling well when her fav show is on (American Idol) and she goes to bed instead!!
Then it hit me around 11:00 pm. My stomac started hurting and the puking (and other things!!) started around 1:00. I didn't make it back to bed unitl 3:00 am. THE FLU SUCKS! So much for being so proud that our flu shot worked.
Anyway...we are both off today and taking it easy...let's hope for better things tonight!

Spring Cleaning

Does any one else have the incredible urge to throw out all the junk in thier house? I feel like going through the entire house and pitching everything...and then scrubing everything to make it all smell good again!!
How do you do your spring cleaning?

Spring

I am feeling spring in the air!! I have decided to plant some flowers. Christina gave me a mini greenhouse to plant your spring flowers now so they will be ready to plant by spring. I LOVE GARDENING!! I am very excited to start planting.

The only down side of spring is how my son comes home from school soaking wet and stinky everyday!!!

LOST: 8

Lat nights episode I have to admit was a little dull thorugh the beginning and middle. The last 10 minutes were great!!. We learned last night that Sun is pregnant and we saw a lot more of thier relationship with Jin before the crash. Apparently he was told he cannot have children. They also hinted that she might have had an affair. But it has been too long for this to be anyone elses baby. They have been on the island for over 50 days now. I guess that is only 6 weeks...hmmm interesting.
The best part was when Jack let the prisoner out of the hatch to eat breakfast and he told Jack and Locke that he drew a map to his balloon for AnaLucia. He then said "now if I were one of the others I could have drawn a map to a trap where the Others will be waiting and they will be captured and will want to trade them for me...Good thing I am not one of them!" I love it!!!! Next week episode looks great...I cannot wait.
Seriosuly if you do not watch this show, it is worth getting season 1 and starting it. I don't recommend just starting where it is now. You need to know the back info on too many things to understand what is going on.
Have a great day!

Rob thinks I am weird

So last night Rob worked until 2:00 am and then came home, crawled into to bed and proceeded to snore so loud that it woke me up. Ususlly I don't hear him if I am already asleep. But last night I am sure the neighbours heard him he was so loud!! So while I was wide awake (wanting to put a pillow over Rob's face) I realized the heat didn't get turned down and it was roasting in the house. We usually turn the heat down to 16 at night...I love being cold so you have to snuggle in the blankets. I felt like I was suffocating and I had to go and turn down the heat. Rob thinks I am crazy for getting out of bed to do that. I finally fell back to sleep after an hour. I am exhausted today.
The good news...a new LOST tonight!!

Treadmill

I took 2 weeks off from running on the treadmill (I told myself you shouldn't work out dring your holidays!!). I ran last night and man did it hurt. I was up to 3 minutes run and 1 min walk (I know I know...not very long...but we just started after Christmas) before I stopped and last night I barely made 2 min. The stitch in my side almost made me cry. I guess I better get back into a regular schedule (sigh).

Back to Work!

Well our week of holidays is over. It always goes so fast!! We had a lot of fun with the kids though...spent way to much money but oh well! We got to do things that we normally don't get to do because of the other kids in the daycare. I don't get to take my kids anywhere ususally. Rob had to work Monday and Tuesday, so the kids and I did some shopping (Ikea, Old Navy, Children's Place etc...the fun stores!) Tuesday night we went to the Sens game. We won!!!! Alfreddsson scored with 5 seconds left to win the game. NICE!! Wednesday we took the kids swimming. Thursday we went to a movie...Cheaper by the dozen 2...it was really good. We also went to the war Museum. We didn't have alot of time...we had dinner plans at a friends house...but the museum was cool. We will go back when we have more time. Friday we did the Toys R Us run and the kids spent thier allowance (they both got Star Wars lego) and then we went to the Ottawa 67's game. The Salvation Army band played O Canada. We won that game too!! Saturday we went bowling and out for supper. A very packed with fun week. I really did not want to get up this morning...I almost threw my alarm clock across the room!!
To make matters worse, 2 of the kids came back full of cold! I have wiped more snotty noses today then I have all winter!! YUCK!
Hopefully the week gets better. At least we have an all new Prison Break to look forward to tonight.
Have a good day!

Amazing Race

I really enjoyed last nights episode. Although I really didn't enjoy it being on at 10:00pm. It is just too late...I know, I know I am sounding very old right now!!

Anyway...just a few comments on the show. Look how beautiful the scenery is. Amazing!! I love how positive Barry was while Fran was struggling to get up the falls. (Fran was also very encouraging to Danielle while she was overcoming her fear of propelling down the building) Then along comes Lake who pretty much yelled at this wife the whole time. I really have to say that I don't like this man. He really rubs me the wrong way!!
I am really liking the hippies, and the nerds...they make me laugh! Eric and Jeremy really bug me too.
I am very glad that Lisa and Joni left. They would not have survivied another leg of the race...and I didn't want hear them scream anymore!!!

Just as a side note for all yo LOST viewers...it is a rerun tonight!! That sucks.

LOST: 7

Last nights episode was awesome. We finally got some information on stuff that happened in the first season. Early into the season Claire was taken for 2 weeks. We never knew what happened to her until last night. She was taken to another bunker where they kept her drugged and kept putting a "vaccine" into her belly through a needle. They had a nursey set up there and told her that she would have to leave her baby there after it was born but she could return to her friends. Because Claire was drugged she was agreeing with them and had forgot about everyone else. We also met Rousseau in season one and were told that she had a baby with her when she got to the island but "they" took her. While Claire was in there a teenage girl (Rousseau has been there for 16 years) came and took her out of the bunker and into the jungle. Rousseau found Claire and tried to help her (we had thought in season one she was trying to take her back...now we know she was helping!) So...this could be Rousseau's daughter.
Kate also found costumes that it looks like "the ohers" were dressing up in. They really arn't scruffy yucky people. Interesting!!! I cannot wait to see what happens next.

All around an awesome epoisode!!!

It's Back!!!!!!

I am so excited that the Amazing Race is back. I didn't actually watch it though. Rob had to work late and Emily has decided she would like to watch it this season so we are all going to watch it together (probably not until Saturday!!)
