I totally loved that girl Chandra Crawford who won the cross-country skiing medal on Wednesday. She was so proud to have won and to represent Canada on the medal podium. Did you see her medal presentation? It was one of the most genuinely exciting things I've ever seen in all my years of watching the Olympics. It was beautiful.
Cindy Klassen has been exemplary as well throughout the Olympics. Nick asked me last weekend who I thought the flag-bearer would be for the closing ceremonies and I picked her right away. That was before she won her gold medal. Now there's no other choice!
